YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT

MY MEALS :

- For breakfast I eat milk with colacao and some biscuits.
-In my break of  high school I eat some biscuits too.
- For lunch I eat pasta and meat.
- I don't eat nothing to snack.
-  For dinner I eat a sandwich.

I must improve my diet eating more fruit and vegetables, and also eat more legumes. I must drink more water, because I don't drink a lot of them.
