HEALTHY BREAKFAST.REAL FOOD

INGREDIENTS:
      
  • MILKSHAKE:
                      - Semi-skimmed milk
                      - Banana
                      - Strawberry


  • YOUGURT :
                     - Yougurt without sugar
                     - Banana
                     - Strawberry
                     - Apple
           
            

    DIRECTIONS:

             - YOUGURT:
  1.  Put the yougurt in the bowl 
  2. Cut the fruit
  3. Put the fruit in the bowl
  4. Remove the yougurt and fruit
  5. We eat the yougurt   













            - MILKSHAKE:
  
  1.  Put the semi-skimmed milk in a glass
  2. Cut the strawberries and bananas
  3. Put the fruit in the glass
  4. And shake the semi-skimmed milk and the fruit in a glass
  5. Get a other glass and put the milkshake in there
  6. We drink the milkshake

  1. Well done. Excellent work. Be careful: Chop rather than cut. Sugar free instead of without sugar. Add the fruit instead of put the fruit.
